Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx ($12.95)
- Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS (for orders over $50)
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
While we hope every piece from Nature’s Yard becomes a cherished part of your garden, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy is designed to be as straightforward as planting a seedling.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns on:
- Compost Accessories & Compost Bins/Tumblers (for hygiene reasons)
- Cushions & Furniture Covers (unless defective)
- Custom or made-to-order items
How to Return an Item

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchange Process
