We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, just as a plant might not thrive in certain conditions. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same care we put into our products.
Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unused, undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Compost Accessories & Compost Bins/Tumblers (for hygiene reasons)
- Cushions & Furniture Covers (unless defective)
- Custom or made-to-order items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Just as you’d carefully plan your garden layout, please follow these steps for returns:
- Contact Us: Email our garden-loving support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for your request.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package Carefully: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
- Ship Back: Send the package to our address (provided in approval email) using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original product
- If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your garden decor arrives damaged or defective (which we strive to prevent with our careful packaging), please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
